Many regular taxi services and ride-sharing companies do not provide the proper equipment for animals, and the drivers may not have experience handling pets that have anxiety issues, health issues, or are extremely sensitive to temperature and/or noise.

Pet Transportation

Each pet will travel within a custom-designed containment box which keeps them from moving around and being injured during transport. The interior temperature is controlled to remain cool as the air circulates gently through a ventilation system to keep the air fresh and quiet. Upon completion of each transportation event, we completely clean and sanitize all surfaces inside the vehicle to ensure cleanliness and health for future passengers.

A Certified Veterinary Technician or an experienced Animal Handler accompanies your pet on the trip and monitors its comfort and health. The handler will also provide immediate assistance if any sign of stress is apparent, including providing first aid or contacting our Pet Medical Center in case of emergencies. Your pet will be treated by our staff members with the same level of care and compassion that they would experience at one of our veterinary hospitals.

After you’ve completed the booking, we’ll get back to you with confirmation of availability and guide you through the next step(s) to prepare for the trip. When the agreed-upon time arrives, our trained staff will arrive and take care of everything else.

How Can I Prepare My Pet for Travel?

Pre-pickup bathroom break

Allow your pet an opportunity to relieve themselves prior to departing so that they can be as comfortable and relaxed as possible on the trip.

Pre-trip light meal

Feed your pet lightly about three hours prior to travel to minimize the potential for motion sickness and have a stress-free ride.

Use familiar objects for comfort

Pack a favorite toy or blanket from home. Smells that are familiar to your pet will provide a sense of security and calmness while traveling.

Share your special needs with the staff

Provide information to the staff member who is transporting your pet regarding soothing words or routines that you use. The personal attention by the transportation staff will keep your pet calm and secure during the travel process.

Be prepared for pickup

Have all vaccination records and rabies tag(s) available when you pick up your pet in order to avoid any issues and make this a quick and easy experience for everyone involved.

A reservation can be made at any time through our hotline.
You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up without being charged.

How far in advance should I book?

Book a minimum of 24 hours before allow adequate time for scheduling an ideal time slot,
preparing the proper crate for your pet, and ensuring a trained handler is assigned to handle
your pet’s transportation.

Can my pet travel without me?

Yes. All you will need to do is complete a release at pick-up, then our staff will take care of
your pet until it arrives at its destination.

Can this service be used for grooming appointments?

YES! We transport pets for grooming, vaccinations, Wellness Checks, Dental Care, and
Surgery. Please provide the purpose of the trip with your booking.

How do you reduce stress for anxious animals?

Our handlers are trained to provide gentle care and soothing voices, and minimize noise
levels. If possible, bring your pet familiar items such as blankets, toys, or scents to help them
feel safe while they travel.

Can I book round-trip trips?

YES! We can offer same-day or consecutive day round-trips for post-surgery needs, busy
schedules, etc. Please provide the return information at the time of booking.
