Biography

Dr. Irina Pervukhina is a veterinary ultrasound specialist with over 27 years of experience in diagnostic imaging and clinical practice. She holds a veterinary degree and has completed advanced postgraduate training and research, including several years of doctoral-level research work.

She has extensive expertise in abdominal ultrasound, FAST and TFAST examinations, and advanced diagnostic imaging, and previously worked in a large multidisciplinary referral hospital, managing both routine and complex medical cases.

She also has experience in general clinical practice and emergency medicine, and has assisted in surgical procedures as part of a multidisciplinary veterinary team. Dr. Irina Pervukhina is actively involved in teaching and mentoring veterinarians, providing ultrasound training and educational support for veterinary clinics and training centres.

Has over 27 years of experience in veterinary medicine and has worked extensively in both companion and large animal medicine. Has extensive knowledge of disease processes and understands the importance of proper diagnosis and clinical decision making to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Veterinary Physician from K.I. Skryabin Academy (2001). Advanced Training from Royal Veterinary College, University of Sydney, and Utrecht University. Ongoing continuing education and conferences.
