Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or can I walk in without one?

We recommend booking in advance to save waiting time however, we accept ‘walk-ins’ in urgent cases if there is room.

What should I bring to the veterinary appointment?

Please bring previous medical records, vaccination books and take note of any behavioral changes or symptoms.

How long does the consultation take?

An ordinary appointment normally lasts between 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the condition of the animal and whether any tests have to be done.

Should I limit my pet’s food or water before the visit?

Generally a couple of hours before the consultation it is safe to avoid feeding your pet, particularly if investigations such as laboratory tests or imaging are to be done. Always heed the instructions given by the clinic staff.

Can I get the test results on the same day as the visit?

Many routine test results e.g. blood counts or urine checks, are available on the same day as the investigation since they are performed on the premises. More detailed investigation results may take 24–48 hours.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency care?

What should I do if my pet suddenly feels unwell?
